We specialize in online training services for our clients.  We provide personalized, periodized and safe workout for our clients that take in consideration all of their health needs and fitness goals.  Exercise program design is unique to each client, including a initial assessment to inform the program development.  

 

Options include monthly and bi-monlthy face-to-face meetings.  These meetings will include progress pictures, measurments and weigh-ins.

Online Nutrition Coaching

I am online and in-home nutritional coaching and meal planning for existing and new clients.  Eating well is essential to any fitness regime and now you can do it from anywhere.  My services include individualized nutrition plans that reflect your lifestyle, body composition and goals as well as meal planning to make the process easy.  

Team Training
